Prior to your Wedding Day
((Majority of contact and meetings begin 8-10 weeks prior to wedding date))

  • Up to three face-to-face meetings to discuss wedding details (includes a visit to the venue with bride & groom if necessary)
  • Unlimited contact via email
  • Receive a general planning checklist
  • Production of a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary for you and all vendors
  • Collect and review all vendor contracts
  • Contact all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day to introduce myself and confirm all arrangements, arrival times, quantity of rentals, etc.

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Direct ceremony rehearsal
  • Collect/coordinate final payments for specific vendors
  • If needed, collect wedding day items such as marriage license, guest signing items, cake knife, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc.

On your Wedding Day

  • Direct wedding events according to timeline
  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members and vendors
  • Direct attendants and family members


  • Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants & family members
  • Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florists, etc
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed
  • Set up ceremony items not handled by vendors (guest signing book, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.)
  • Direct ushers
  • Line up and cue wedding party/ musicians for ceremony
  • Give marriage license to officiate
  • Collect all personal wedding items and gifts and deliver to reception site or designated person

Cocktail Hour & Reception

  • Set up reception items not handled by specific vendors (i.e. favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flukes, escort and place cards, gifts, etc.)
  • Line up and cue bride, groom and wedding party for reception entrance
  • Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (i.e. entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
